Here are a couple of archive shots - one of my fave is from Aldeburgh Carnival a couple of years ago highlighting the Sound Of Music float - totally over zealous nazi presence I felt - why do toffs love dressing up in SS uniforms?

Hi Mae's Daughter. I was one of the "toffs" - out of shot thank Gott but, as in real life I'm a mucky handed service engineer I can't comment on the other plonkers around us. We've being doing the carnival for a lotta years and although some of the peeps involved may look as though they've fallen out of a silver crib I think you might be interested to know that this guy is a vet - as is his wife, we all gather there to have a bloody good week, 10+ families, and never see one another 'till the next piss up.
