Film maker John Maybury and cinematographer Steve Chivers take a lunch break during the shooting of the Blue Mercedes promo for the singe 'I want to be your property' in 1987 -
I bumped into Steve Chivers many years later at some industry lig and mentioned the video shoot and if he remembered it, his retort was 'yes it nearly destroyed my career' to which I replied 'well it actually did destroy ours..'
