found the vogue of my birth year and month in the hardy amies library - there was a cool 'terylene' advertorial shoot in it -

zoundz and the astronauts

great gig at the grosvenor - finally got to see zoundz perform one of my all time fave singles released on the crass label (cant cheat karma) and witness the astronauts live (seek out their great album 'peter pan hits the suburbs') - met up with the oxo and bumped into spen who I haven't seen for yonks - "don't forget to spoil your ballot papers!"

keef and were almost crushed by a bloody great bit of tree that a lorry coming towards us knocked over - was preeeety scary and we were actually knocked on the head by the branches - the spitty escaped with smashed wing mirror and wind screen wiper - proper slow-mo pain anticipation moment as it was falling towards us - a truly bizarre incident - brandies in the dunwich ship helped relieve the shock -
