went swimming on this beach at half eight this morning - totally amazing - been sight seeing etc, peter pears exhib in aldeburgh quite good - gig in the park tonight which should be rowdy, as suffolk faves showaddywaddy are playing - hope romeo challenger is still in the band - found great 4 disc vinyl lenny bruce live at carnegie hall - genius
